大概是这个样子的，就说已经携号转网了，申请退款：Dear giffgaff Agent,I have recently transferred my mobile number from giffgaff to another provider using a PAC code.As my account is now deactivated, I would like to request a refund for the remaining credit balance on my giffgaff account.I have left my payment card details saved on my account for you to process the refund. Please let me know if you need any further information to process this refund.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards.
